We all experience difficulties and crises in our lives. You may be having difficulty with a life transition, grief and loss, issues related to adverse childhood experiences, relationship issues, or anxiety and/or depression from a source you are aware of or from one(s) you are unable to identify. It would be my privilege to help guide you to the other side of whatever struggle or pain it is that you are facing. Regardless of age, we all continue to have periods of growth, struggle, and change. The best way to grow and to heal is in an atmosphere of nonjudgmental, warmth and compassion which I pledge to provide.
I work with clients ages 15 and up. Areas of Special Interest Include: Trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD), Relationship abuse (This is not limited to physical abuse. Emotional and psychological abuse are every bit as harmful as physical abuse.) Women’s issues, LGBTQIA allied, gender dysphoria, depression, anxiety.
It is never too late to reach or strive toward our greatest potential, and it would be an honor for me to guide you toward that potential and to witness your growth.
