Hello! My name is Kelly and I provide therapy and counseling for clients struggling with substance use and mental health concerns. I also provide substance use evaluations. I am passionate about helping teens and young adults navigate life’s challenges, and specialize in helping people cope with emotions in healthier ways. I have experience working with adults of all ages, and work well with many different personalities. I believe that everyone deserves a life that’s worth living and is capable of getting there no matter how hopeless things feel.
I offer individual therapy sessions with the option of including your significant other, family member, and other supports when requested. I specialize in treating co-occurring disorders, addiction, suicide and self-harming behaviors, self-esteem issues, anxiety, and depression. I am trained in providing in depth DBT therapy.
