Let's face it, life can take unexpected turns. We all need support to navigate some of the obstacles along the way, and sometimes even guidance to perhaps see them as opportunities. I truly enjoy coaching those seeking both growth amidst transition (e.g. mid-life crisis, breakup, loss, recovery process) and strength in their identity and inner voice. I practice an eclectic approach combining evidence-based practices (including CBT & DBT), psycho-education, supportive counseling, and a solution-focused, strengths-based philosophy.
Through attending coaching workshops, I have been able to add those concepts and tools to my approach to help clients. I'm familiar with 12-step philosophy and can offer a spiritual perspective if that suits your needs. If much of this resonates, please be in touch.
