I utilize a trauma-informed integrated approach that tailors to the needs of each client. I support clients seeking to learn skills to develop inner strength, find self-awareness, and improve mindfulness. We will collaborate on techniques and treatment goals that allow you the freedom to begin the healing process of the body, mind, spirit, and recovery. As a veteran, I also provide support to veterans and first responders. In my experience with addiction, trauma, PTSD, and life transitions, I find that encompassing acceptance, compassion, and autonomy brings healing and improves the quality of life.
I work with teens and adults, who struggle with addiction, anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, and complex trauma disorders. I have experience working with domestic violence, long-term recovery, and stress management. The modalities I use are CBT/DBT/ACT, Positive Psychology, and Mindfulness.
I believe each person has a unique imprint in this world and acceptance, compassion, and autonomy will allow the clients to heal from their traumas and improve their quality of life. I look forward to assisting you and helping identify goals and develop the skills to manage life, create stability, and live your most authentic life.
