I utilize a trauma-informed integrated approach that tailors to the needs of each client. I support clients seeking to improve their skills, develop inner strength, find self-awareness, and enhance mindfulness. We will collaborate on techniques and treatment goals that allow you the freedom to begin the healing process of the body, mind, spirit, and recovery. As a Marine Corps veteran, I also enjoy supporting military, veterans and first responders.

I work with clients (18+) who struggle with addiction, recovery, anxiety, depression disorders, mood and personality disorders, trauma-stress related disorders, and complex PTSD. Also, life transitions, improving relationships, empowerment, developing strength and confidence. The modalities I use are CBT/DBT/ACT, Positive Psychology, and Solution Focused.

I believe each person has a unique imprint in this world, and acceptance, compassion, and autonomy will allow the clients to heal from their traumas and improve their quality of life. I look forward to assisting you and helping identify goals and develop the skills to manage life, create stability, and live your most authentic life.
