I work with adult and teen-aged clients who want to heal and grow through what they are going through. Many of my clients are looking for a Christian counselor who shares their faith and values; someone who will come alongside them as they work through trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship hurts (and breakups), or help them on their recovery journey. I work with individuals and couples, young and old, anyone ready for a change and healing.
I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for my work with couples and EMDR in my work with individuals dealing with trauma and abuse. I also employ therapeutic interventions from CBT. My goal is to give clients the support, encouragement, and tools so they can grow, heal, and move forward in life.
