I enjoy clients 18 years of age and older dealing with any life transitions, relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety, depression and trauma. I have extensive training and experience working with service members, police officers, fire fighters, first responders and their spouses. My first four years as a therapist I worked for the United States Marine Corps Community Counseling Center and am now in private practice.
I have specialized trauma based trainings (EMDR, Flash Technique, Internal Family Systems, Brief Solution Orientated Trauma Resolution and Interpersonal Neurobiology) to treat PTSD related to childhood, adult, or combat trauma. I integrate nutrition, emotion regulation, Internal Family Systems,EMDR, neuroscience, mindfulness, and Emotion Focused Therapy.
