I specialize in working with clients impacted by trauma who are seeking deeper recovery through Trauma Recovery Intensives. My intensives are extended one-on-one therapy sessions designed to support more accelerated progress than weekly therapy often allows. These sessions are individually tailored to create space for substantial processing, emotional regulation, insight, and revision of longstanding patterns. More than just an EMDR Intensive, my work integrates EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and nervous-system regulation.

I have a warm yet direct approach that prioritizes emotional safety and meaningful growth, shaped by experience across a range of clinical settings. I’m an LCSW with a master’s degree from Columbia University, and my background includes work in domestic violence and sexual assault agencies, as well as hospital inpatient and intensive outpatient programs.
