I see therapy as a safe, secure place to work through life’s challenges in a collaborative, non-judgemental environment.
My process is to be your guide as you increase self awareness, achieve new perspectives, minimize preconceived assumptions and expand personal strengths. I primarily encourage a holistic approach to mental health incorporating nutrition, exercise, nurturing relationships, proper sleep, engaging in rewarding activities and mindfulness.
My primary specialty is relationships issues and trauma for which I use EMDR and EFT. Whatever brings you to counseling, rest assured that I will treat you with respect, empathy and understanding that life can be challenging.
