I believe that therapy is a collaborative process; while I have the knowledge and experience of being a professional counselor for 14 years, you are the expert in your own life. Together we can work to find the tools for you to overcome the barriers that have kept you from feeling like the person you have always wanted to be.
I have extensive experience working with survivors of trauma, as well as people who experience anxiety, mood and personality disorders. As a member of the LGBTQ community, I am passionate about providing a safe space for adolescents and adults in our community. I have experience providing DBT as well.
The road ahead may be a challenge, but I believe I can help you navigate that path toward finding yourself. Contact our office today so we can start working on your journey to your best self!
