About
Do you toss and turn in bed at night thinking about what you said or what you “should” have said in a prior conversation? Do you find it hard to focus on your goals because of the critic in your head? Have you found yourself using unhealthy coping strategies such as substances, gambling or skin picking to deal with the stress in your life? If this sounds like you, I understand. We can all get stuck in negative thinking patterns from time to time. As a licensed counselor with many years of experience, it is my goal to journey with those who seek therapy. My aim is always to strengthen, assist and support.
I work extensively in treating anxiety, depression and addiction. I also have specialized training in body-focused repetitive behavior and compulsive gambling. I can help you identify those unhelpful thoughts that keep you from living your life and establish healthier responses to daily stressors.
