A good relationship can be life giving and encouraging...one of the best parts of your life. A bad relationship can honestly feel so draining and difficult that you feel hopeless and wonder if it's really worth the pain. You may feel disconnected, unseen, and unloved.
If you're both ready for something different, I would be honored to come alongside and help you build the relationship you never thought possible. My main goal is to help you understand each other's realities, attune to each other emotionally, and build connection.
I provide a safe place to process hurt. My practice can help you understand hurts and defense mechanisms that hinder your life or relationships. I give practical tools to help day to day, but my main goal is to help you understand how you got to this place and how you can get out. I primarily utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy and The Gottman Method.
