I am here to support you in your journey of self-care and wellness. Guiding you on your journey of self-discovery and processing through your ups and downs throughout life is something I am incredibly passionate about. Whether it be guilt, anger, grief, trauma, identity, moral injury, self-medication, or motivation (to name a few); everything is interconnected. I would love to help you get unstuck and acquire the skills to build a healthy future.
I use an Existential and Humanistic therapeutic approach, while integrating skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to best serve individual needs.
I understand everyone comes to therapy from their own personal walks of life. We will work together in a safe environment, free from judgment, in the quest to help you live a healthier and fuller life. By highlighting and encouraging growth, we can work together to find the internal blocks which are limiting your ability to move forward and heal.
