I'm a strength-based therapist with an integrated approach. I pay close attention to fundamentals, such as sleep, nutrition, movement and self-care. I believe self-awareness and connecting to feelings are imperative to the therapeutic process. I tailor our relationship to your needs, not mine. I also help co-parents who are divorced and/or blending families.
