Do you sometimes find that you are feeling depressed or anxious and do not have a safe place to process your feelings? I am here to assist you on your personal journey to wellness. I provide a warm, safe, confidential space to process your feelings. The counseling experience at Savvy Wellness Center, PLLC with me is like no other. My services are person centered and I utilize a variety of theoretical orientations that are tailored to the individual client’s needs.
I have over 12 years experience and specialize in working with individuals, families, first responders, and groups in areas such as depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, family conflict, and parenting. I also provide clinical supervision and speaking engagements on various mental health topics.
I am ready to walk with you along this journey. I will assist you in learning coping skills to combat symptoms, learn to express yourself freely, and regain your sense of purpose in life.

Savvy Wellness Center, PLLC offers a 6-week virtual Anger Management group. This is a closed group, and you must meet with a clinician for an intake prior to being enrolled in the group.
