I integrate a range of therapeutic techniques, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Multicultural Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), tailoring my approach to each client’s needs. Additionally, I offer services in both Cantonese and Mandarin.
