I specialize in helping clients liberate themselves from the burden of childhood sexual trauma. I am a Certified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist and Consultant. IFS is a non-pathologizing, insightful, and compassionate approach that provides a map to organize your psychological landscape to make sense of feelings and reactions that are distressing. We work to undo the origins of suffering instead of solely focusing on ways to cope or work around it. Reprocessing trauma with IFS can be very liberating and can help you to re-establish a foundation of wholeness.
IFS provides a framework for self-exploration with compassion and the clarity of knowing that its not your burden to keep forever. I also offer Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with a Ketamine clinic or your prescriber for KAP at-home via telehealth for additional comfort while exploring difficult topics.
I operate from a perspective that we are all whole people doing the best with what we know. When we can identify limits or patterns that keep us stuck, we can begin to unlearn them and feel more calm.
