With a vision for creating a healing space, I strive to make all clients feel seen, heard and respected. I am a trauma-informed therapist specializing in counseling for women. I offer therapy in a supportive space for clients seeking help with anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, chronic illness and life transitions (relocations, parenting, divorce, menopause). My approach is compassionate, client-centered and rooted in evidence-based care, helping clients feel empowered in their healing process.

I am trained in CBT, EMDR, and have additional training in ADHD and neurodivergence. I often incorporate mindfulness, somatic techniques, music, and art therapy techniques in sessions. I am honored to offer quality mental health care in Hampstead and our coastal communities.
