I am accepting new clients in Massachusetts, Maine, and Vermont. I provide short-term and long-term individual therapy as well as group therapy. I use evidence-based skills teaching aimed at fast symptom reduction and building a lasting coping style. With a degree in nursing, I help people improve the relationship between their mental and physical health.
I have practiced individual therapy and group therapy for eleven years. I have worked in primary care, community health, addictions, and residential programs. I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and mindfulness. I teach about the science of neuroplasticity and how "rewiring" the brain is possible.
I encourage you to reach out to me and ask any questions you may have about getting started. I understand how important it is to take that first step to explore therapy. I welcome everyone who is curious to see if skills-based therapy can work for you!
