EMDR Trauma Therapist & Active Co-Responder. I work with high-functioning adults, first responders, and couples healing attachment trauma and the effects of work-related cumulative stress and trauma. I treat PTSD, complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, mood, and personality disorders. As a co-responder, I bring a culturally informed understanding of the realities of high-stress, high-impact work and support clients with practical, trauma-focused care.

I specialize in trauma therapy for adults, high-functioning professionals, and first responders, with a focus on attachment/complex trauma, cumulative occupational stress, PTSD, and dissociation. I utilize EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy to treat trauma and trauma related disorders.
