Kelly is certified in depth psychology, a licensed professional counselor, trained addictions counselor and trained in IFS, EMDR, DBT, mindfulness, and CBT. Professional interests include anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+, self-esteem, substance abuse, spirituality and creativity. Kelly is able to offer both telehealth and in person sessions.
