Drawing from DBT, CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and IFS, I use an integrative approach to help you strengthen coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Each session has a guiding theme, but the focus is on real connection, mutual support, and showing up as yourself without having to explain or defend who you are. DBT Skills Group (Virtual)

This is a 14-week DBT skills group focused on building emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier relationships in a supportive, structured setting. Participants will learn and practice practical coping skills each week, with an emphasis on trauma-informed pacing and real-life application between sessions. This group is for adults who experience intense emotions, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty coping with distress often associated with BPD traits, eating disorder recovery, anxiety, depression, or trauma histories. Ideal participants may feel “too much,” struggle with urges or impulsive behaviors, or feel stuck in emotional cycles that impact their relationships and self-esteem.
