I have personally experienced anxiety, depression, and trauma in my lifetime, which fostered my deep appreciation for becoming a therapist to help others who are struggling with the challenges of being human. I have found the healing power of creating artwork combined with therapy.

You do not need ANY art experience to gain insight and awareness into your experience through creative methods.
