I have volunteered as a mentor with Big Brother and Big Sister Organization and Mental Health America for over 10 years in Charlotte and faciiltate our mens groups in Mount Holly, NC"
I enjoy creating art and have a background in graphic design, painting and visual arts. If desired, we can include art in your therapy sessions. If you enjoy nature like me, we can even have therapy outside under the trees! In my free time I enjoy being outdoors gardening, hiking and spending time with family.
My goal as your therapist and your ally, is to improve your understanding and experience of life. I utilize a holistic approach to therapy and focus on positive reinforcement, resourcefulness, and helping you envision a better future utilizing CBT & Humanistic Therapy methods.
