When life feels heavy or unsteady, having a place to process and reconnect can make a meaningful difference. I work with people who are adjusting to difficult life changes, looking for better coping strategies, processing stressful events, and improving their relationships with self and others. I aim to make authentic connections with my clients and encourage them to reflect on how day-to-day challenges show up during session.
Therapy with me can address anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ experiences, neurodivergence, family and immigration stress, and more. It's important to me to recognize the intersection of social justice and mental health. I also offer mental health evaluations for immigration cases and GAC letters.
