When life feels unsteady, having a place to process and reconnect with the yourself can make a meaningful difference. I work with people who are adjusting to difficult life changes, looking for better coping strategies, processing stressful events, and improving their relationships with self and others. I make an effort to have authentic connections with my clients. Whether fully online, hybrid, or in-person, connection is the most key part of the therapy journey.
I help people process anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ experiences, neurodivergence, family and immigration stress, and other fun things life brings. I strive to acknowledge the intersection of social justice and mental health. I also offer mental health evaluations for immigration cases and GAC letters.
