I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with trauma, anger, depression, anxiety, and grief. I am a Level 2 Gottman trained therapist and work with couples to build stronger relationships and marriages.

With my experience using Trauma-Informed Care, CBT, and various other modalities, I can equip clients in experiencing positive mental health, overall well-being and the reality of change.
