Accepting new clients for datime hours only. All of my evenings and nights are currently full. I believe that every person deserves to live a meaningful, purpose-filled life. Sometimes, past trauma and other barriers can get in the way. My background is in working with adults, individuals, couples, and adolescents, and I have been practicing in the Valley for the past 15 years. My therapy methods include using a holistic, person-centered approach in collaboration with my clients towards their healing. Starting therapy can sometimes feel difficult or daunting, and I look forward to helping that transition feel welcoming and safe!
My clinical training includes EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Structural Dissociation, DBT, CBT and Mindfulness Practice. My approach to therapy is informed by my understanding of Attachment Styles, Systems Theories, and Trauma Informed Care.
