Hello! Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. My name is Kelly and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in central New Jersey. I work with individuals to improve their overall wellness through the use of clinical counseling techniques. Working from a person centered approach I understand health care is not "one size fits all" and the importance of tailoring treatment to your needs. I also am an approved clinical supervisor for LACs in NJ looking for clinical supervision towards their LPC hours for licensure.
My focus is anxiety, depression and trauma. I work with many Veterans, LEO and first responders. My ideal clients are adults who are motivated for change and are ready to address barriers that are preventing them from achieving their goals. Together we will explore what is holding you back and what can be done in order to unlock your full potential.
