I have a passion to work alongside those struggling with their marriage, or any relationships and helping people who are involved in toxic relationships. Included in my passions are working with individuals who have gone through trauma, or who struggle with anxiety, depression or self-worth. I have been married for 30+ years and have adult children who are married, so I can also relate to many different aspects of life.

I offer a client-led approach that allows the client to take ownership in their growth. My approaches will promote change to happen and actually allow core-beliefs to be changed and self-worth to be added.
