I work with individuals, couples and families who are navigating hard and confusing seasons of life, especially when relationships are at the center. I have a strong passion for supporting individuals and couples experiencing conflict, separation, abusive or toxic relationships, and the process of rebuilding after a relationship ends. I also help clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-worth struggles, and emotional overwhelm that often emerge when trust has been broken or core beliefs about self and relationships have been shaken.
My approach is client-led, collaborative, and strengths-based, empowering you to take ownership of your healing. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, emotionally focused and solution-focused techniques, and corrective emotional experiences to help shift negative core beliefs and build lasting self-worth
