About
Clients who are anxious and depressed and want to work on facing and reducing their symptoms and behavioral tendencies usually find the most benefits from my work with them. Children, teens and adults are all welcome and we start where the most pain is identified as preventing happiness. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Family Therapy are most often utilized.
This practice offers a warm, accepting and safe, sanitary place to privately explore your fears and sadness and identify goals and solutions for how you want to live and fulfill your life. FaceTime and phone sessions are available in addition to offices in both Farmington and Canton Michigan.
Anxiety and sadness does not have to be a way of life. Clients are welcome to engage and discover new paths to find their sense of peace and fulfillment.
