I have extensive experience doing therapy with individuals, couples and families. My practical and positive approach has helped hundreds of people just like you! I have over 10 years of experience and love helping people in a comfortable, professional and private office environment that will put you at ease.
I have a compassionate, caring, and nonjudgmental style that begins with carefully listening to the issues and deciding together with you on your goals for therapy. I am skilled in many different therapy techniques and frameworks that we can use to help you reach your goals.
