About
As we all know, this life is a challenging, exciting, but sometimes difficult journey. My goal is to assist you in navigating through those difficulties in a healthy, meaningful way. I work with individuals, families, and couples and look forward to helping you adapt and thrive in an ever-changing world. Along with being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am also a Grief Counselor. I have worked with people of all ages for many years and strive to do what I can to make their world a good one.
My education and training guides my family systems perspective, while my life experience has enabled me to walk in many different shoes. I've great compassion for the unique, but common struggles we share as human beings, and feel honored to have the opportunity to walk alongside you during those struggles.
At this point in time I am not taking new clients. I am currently seeing adult individuals and couples. Sessions are being done virtually or by phone. AS OF JANUARY 1st I WILL BE EXPECTING FULL PAYMENT FOR THE FIRST SESSION UP FRONT, even if you have insurance. Between first and second session I will call your insurance company to confirm coverage.
