Many adversities heal on their own, just like small cuts on the skin. However, some experiences overwhelm the nervous system's capacity; preventing the system from resolving the stuck that is causing the yuck. Our nervous system is always telling a story and it takes time to allow the reality behind our symptoms to reveal themselves. I specialize in helping individuals move through the process of an affair, addiction, or infidelity; regardless if they are choosing to rebuild their coupleship.
I am also trained in providing a CSAT therapeutic disclosure. Together we can heal the things that trigger autonomic fight and flee states. At GR Counseling we also have a whole team of providers who can help. Therapy Style: somatic attachment focused EMDR, EFT, CBT, & Patrick Carnes 12 step model.
Kelly is a LPC, School Counselor, and an Approved Clinical Supervisor. She is a CSAT & is trained in Somatic EMDR, GTEP, & EFT. Kelly has trained directly with Drs.
