I specialize in self-esteem, improving relationships, parenting, all things pre and post pregnancy (infertility/miscarriage/postpartum adjustment), anxiety and those who aren't even sure what they need out of therapy. I provide an unbiased, confidential listening ear that never judges. We will explore solutions to get you where you want to be.
