With over 13 years of experience in mental health and social services, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals ages 12 and up. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), I specialize in using a Brain-Body Model of therapy, which integrates the latest neuroscience with traditional therapeutic practices to support emotional and mental well-being.

I hold certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Certified Neuropsychotherapist, Brainspotting Phase 1 practitioner, Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator and in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy(KAP). These credentials allow me to provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care to those who have experienced a wide range of challenges.
