I strive to create an empathetic, understanding, and non-judgmental space where together, we can explore your challenges and begin to work towards healthier ways of thinking and coping.
My areas of focus are anxiety, panic, trauma/PTSD, depression, mood disorders, addictive behaviors, ruminations/obsessive thoughts, and relationship/codependency issues.
