I work with individuals to navigate substantial periods of uncertainty. These times can raise existential questions, and stability can feel far away. It can feel treacherous to be in contact with how you feel in the moment. Hope may not be as readily available or look the way it has in the past.
Therapy should be a soft place to land and be a supportive place for you. I don’t shy away from uncomfortable conversations, especially regarding health, grief, and death. I believe strongly in the power of traveling alongside whatever you are navigating.
Together, we’ll find what’s most supportive to your strengths and life experience. I tend to find it helpful to identify helpful and less helpful thoughts, feelings, and actions together with you (CBT). I have a special interest in working with those impacted by cancer, especially those in the young adult (cancer under 40) community.
