I am a licensed therapist with over 21 years of experience. I work with kids, teens, adults, and seniors. I provide a direct approach to therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I also incorporate mindfulness and meditation in my practice. I believe every person has the ability to grow and improve the quality of their life. My hope is to both guide and nurture my clients toward their goals.
