I work with those who feel overwhelmed, stuck, and anxious. You may feel disconnected from yourself or the people you care about. Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, struggling with self‑worth, or having difficulty navigating conflict with the ones you love. I help teens, adults, and families understand the why of these experiences so they can feel grounded, confident, and connected to themselves and others.

I’ll support you in discovering a sense of self and creating space for the changes you want to make. Using nature-based and somatic approaches, along with Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I honor the mind-body connection to cultivate self-awareness, connection, and growth. It would be an honor to walk beside you on your journey.
