My goal is to help clients identify the root of potential issues and work collaboratively to construct a solution. My intention is to provide support, problem-solving skills, and coping strategies to help overcome negative patterns.
Many people look for something beyond the question, “How does that make you feel?” I hope my sessions can act as a sounding board and provide a safe space to unload, explore, and develop solutions to life’s problems.
