Sometimes life can present us with challenges and there are times when we need extra support to assist us through those challenges. Therapy is one way to receive that extra support. Choosing a therapist can be difficult, but it is an important decision. I believe one of the most important factors involved in therapy is the therapeutic relationship. I work with my clients to develop that relationship by listening to each client's individual needs and circumstances. I work collaboratively with my clients to assist them in achieving their goals and leading the life they want.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both DE and PA. I have over 14 years experience working with children, adolescents, and families. I am Certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Triple P (Positive Parenting Program). I have worked with clients who had a variety of concerns and needs.
