Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and able to serve clients in the states of FL, AK, MO, MA, and OK. I am passionate about working with adults who are ready to explore their vulnerabilities and become better versions of themselves. I understand that taking that first step to ask for help is the hardest, and that all the hurt, frustration, and pain that brought you to this point are all valid! I am passionate about mental health care, and possesses skills to help clients experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, ADHD, and/or relationship issues. My therapy approach includes using CBT, solution-focused therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to assist my clients in achieving their goals.
I understand that these issues are not exclusive from one another, but that the human mind and body is an integrated system, and every human experience is different. I provide a supportive, empathetic and compassionate environment for clients to express their emotions, but am will challenge unhealthy thoughts and habits to facilitate healing and recovery.
