Much of my work centers around healing from trauma, whether relational, developmental, or situational. I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help clients process painful memories and move forward with greater clarity and ease. I offer a calm, steady presence and together, we move at a pace that feels safe and respectful.
