| Español I grew up in South Central Los Angeles and hold training in trauma treatment. I understand urban Latine realities not from textbooks but from living them, and I bring both that understanding and specialized clinical training to my work.
I have contributed to a book chapter on trauma-informed practices in bilingual Latine populations in collaboration with a linguist and oral historian (forthcoming). This contribution directly informs how I work with clients.
I’m trained in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play therapy, and perinatal mental health. I integrate these approaches in our work together.
