I specialize in helping highly sensitive, overwhelmed, and anxious young adults find their strengths, set boundaries, and honor their needs. I’m an art therapist, so we’ll get out the crayons and markers during most sessions, but remember that this is a judgment-free space. I'll guide you through using creativity to process your emotions and thoughts.

Art Therapy & Process Group for Women+
This group is for anyone seeking support in communication skills, confidence, self-worth, people pleasing, relationship skills, and more. It’s a place for you to work toward your own therapeutic goals alongside others. Each session will consist of an emotion check-in, identifying needs, and art-making and/or discussion based on the group needs. Rather than discussing a pre-determined topic, conversations and activities will ebb and flow based on the group’s unique needs and desires. You get to have the power of advocating for yourself in a space that respects your needs.
