About
I specialize in helping adults overcome anxiety/OCD, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and problems in relationships and families. I have experience in hospital’s inpatient psychiatric units, residential treatment centers for substance use, mood disorders, and eating disorders, intensive outpatient programs for anxiety and OCD, and general outpatient therapy for a wide range of other life issues.
My approach to healing is straightforward, warm, non-judgemental, and compassionate. I believe that a healthy balance in life is created when we are addressing our systems as a whole- body, mind, spirit, and environment. I am an LGBTQ+ ally and strive to provide a safe healing space for everyone I work with.
Life is hard and I am continually blown away by the strength and courage I see in those that continue to do the difficult work for themselves, their loved ones, and their lives. I feel incredibly grateful and honored to be a part of those journeys of healing and growth.
