I work with adults and couples experiencing relational pain, anxiety, depression, and various life transitions - including premarital. I received my Master of Social Work with a concentration in social justice and diversity from the University of Toronto in 2006. I have worked extensively with survivors of abuse and sexual assault - including narcissistic abuse. I also partner with the Reclamation Collective and am passionate about providing support during religious trauma recovery.
Life is not meant to be experienced alone. We all have a limit to our capacity to handle overwhelming events and emotions. Painful events do not always result in trauma if you have support.
