I want to help people who are motivated to self-reflect on their struggles and are committed to pursuing relief. I want to provide help to those who want to feel better. Those who struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, depression, perfectionism, compulsive behavior and/or grief/loss will find both a compassionate ear and a trustworthy companion on their journey toward their goals when they work with me.
I draw from a number of theories to create an individualized treatment plans to help people with anxiety and mood concerns, self-esteem and relationship issues. A client-centered focus with a strong therapeutic alliance is the foundation for all of my work and I also utilize CBT, ACT, MI, and ERP strategies to help clients reach their goals.
Pain is real. Change is possible. I'd be happy to talk more about your individual needs and if working with me would be a good fit.
