I understand that taking the first step in seeking help can be intimidating, and I want you to feel as comfortable as possible by providing a safe, calm, non-judgmental, and confidential atmosphere for us to talk, reflect, laugh, and process. I want to work with you to find solutions that will benefit you in the struggles you're facing, and find tools that will help you for the long term. Parenting, career decisions, and relationship struggles are certainly challenging, but I have helped many people work through these situations and come out feeling more empowered and confident in handling them.
My work has focused on adults, and relationship issues. I also provide clinical supervision for those working toward their license. I have helped people cope with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, self -esteem, and trauma issues using a various techniques that are personalized to best match my clients' needs.
