I provide therapy via telehealth to clients in MA, PA and NH. My clients come to therapy seeking to work on any number of things. Over the years, I've found I particularly enjoying working with people who identify as part of the LGBTQIA+ community, are navigating anxiety, exploring gender identity or experiencing a life transition. I am committed to celebrating the unique qualities of my clients and to offering a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, ideas and goals.
My approach is eclectic. I embrace a strengths-based perspective and utilize ideas from all kinds of modalities as appropriate. I love engaging in conversation, asking questions to learn more, exploring other perspectives & identifying what went well. Acknowledging every success, no matter how small, lays the groundwork for enacting greater change.
